Safety rules
The card with your identification data that has been given to you at reception accredits you as a guest. Always carry it with you within the hotel facilities.
We ask for your collaboration to vacate your room before 12:00 h. on the day of your departure. On your departure, do not forget to pay your bill and hand over your room key.
All extra expenses must be paid at reception.
If during your stay it coincides with a programmed drill with intervention instructions (evacuation), we inform you that we need your collaboration (Decree 305/96, of December 26).
Kindly do not hang clothes or towels over the terrace railing. Do not use the towels or other clothes in the room for outdoor use.
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel.
Restaurants & Bars
According to the rules of this establishment and in order to maintain a pleasant atmosphere among our clients, we ask gentlemen to refrain from wearing shorts, bathing suits, sportswear and tank tops at dinner. Ladies are kindly requested to refrain from wearing a bathing suit and sportswear.
According to Health regulations, it is not allowed to take food or drink from the hotel's restaurants and bars, as well as picnics and / or products that will not be consumed at the points of sale.
It is not allowed the consumption of drinks in the pool area if they have not been purchased at the pool bar.
Pools
Please do not reserve the pool loungers with towels, clothes or other objects.
We offer you pool towels free of charge (prior deposit of €15 / towel that will be returned on the day of your departure). Request voucher at reception.
To avoid the danger of accidents, please do not use glasses or other glass objects in the pool area or in the playgrounds.
